Tracking your website’s performance is essential part of any SEO marketing campaign. By analyzing traffic stats, tracking, analytics, Google analytics, log files, etc. you will get good picture of what is going on with your site and what needs to be changed or what needs more testing.

Interesting video aired yesterday on WebProNews with Aaron Wall, the Author of SEO Book who talked about SEO tracking software. According to Aaron the software needs to have a way to track items such as analytics, page rankings, back links, and the number of indexed pages and here are his suggestions on which tools to use:
